RÉSUMÉ OF WEEK 32

WE`VE DECIDED TO GIVE A RÉSUMÉ EVERY WEEK. THIS WEEK E.T WAS REALLY SLOW. MOST OF OUR MEMBERS ARE IN HOLIDAY, SO CLUBLIVE IS DEAD RIGHT NOW.
ALTOUGH WE WERE VERY BUSY WITH PROVIDING THE ,,EINHEIT 11,, BLOG. NOW WE ARE ONLINE AND WE WILL BUILD UP THE BLOG EVERY DAY A LITTLE MORE. WE WILL SHOW U A LOT MORE PICS FROM THE PAST ( as cal-look started live in switzerland back in the 80s ) AND KEEP U INFORMED ABOUT LATEST MEETINGS & SHOWS.

TO THE BLOGS OF LAST WEEK: SWISSVOLKSHISTORY: UNDER PRESSURE WAS A SHOWCAR OF THE 90s
BUILD BY TOM, RENE, MICHAEL PETTRAZZI FOR CUSTOM ATELIER LÖFFLER. THE CAR TOOK OVER 40 1ST PLACE TROPHIES ALL OVER EUROPE IN JUST ONE SEASON. LÖFFLER SOLD IT IN 95 AND SINCE THEN THE CAR NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN.....ITS LOST IN SPACE. THE KARMAN CONV. WAS FROM THE U.S.A ! TOM AND EVA BOUGHT THE CAR FROM A SWISS GUY, LOCATED IN SAN JOSE CA. IT WAS A FUN CAR FOR MORE THEN 10 YEARS. BLACK & BLUE WAS BUILD BY A EX MEMBER IN THE 80s. IT WAS A TYPICAL CAL-LOOKER OF THAT TIME. GRAPHICS, CENTERLINES, BABY TORNADO MIRROR AND LOWERED STANCE.THE GREEN & THE PINK V-DUBS OWNED BY TOM & HERB RAUSCH, BOTH STILL IN THE CAR SCENE ( CHECK TOMS HAIR. DONT CHECK HIS BODY...TODAY ITS MORE...LET ME SAY....FATTER )THE VARIANTS OWNER, PIERO TERUEL, NOW LIVES IN SPAIN AND SOLD THE CAR BACK IN THE MID 90s.TO A SWISSGUY. THE VARIANT STILL IN HANDS OF A SWISSCUSTOMIZER...LOOKS TERRIBLE TODAY...ITS WAS CHOPPED TO DEAD ( TO MUCHO IS TO MUCHO )
GASSER INVASION: THIS 2 GASSERSTYLE KARMANS ARE HOT HOT HOT. SEEN AT THE RUN DAY IN FRANCE. THE FRENCHGUYS ARE VERY INNOVATIVE SINCE EVER. HOPE WE WILL SEE MORE STUFF LIKE THESE
EINHEIT 11 ON TOUR: IT WAS MORE EINHEIT 3 LIKE EINHEIT 11. RENE, CHUANITO AND TOM ON TOUR TO VOLKSFEST IN INTERLAKEN. THE TRIP WAS FUN...THE MEETING WAS NOT! ONE OF THE BIGGEST IMPORTER OF SWITZERLAND BROUGHT US ONE OF THE MOST POORLY SHOWS EVER. WHAT A SHAME. ANYWAYS, THE DAY WAS VERY COOL ( and rainy ). CONGRATS TO CHRIS MERTZ FOR WINNING A ,,NON FIRST,, PLACE PRICE. ( to us he`s a ,, doozy,,winner of course )
WASSERKRAFT: HERE SOME PICS OF THE LUFTKRAFT GUYS AT THE RUN DAY IN FRANCE. IT WAS FUN, A TOP PLACE FOR DRAG RACE AND A LOT OF COOL PEOPLE. LUFTKRAFT WAS VERY WELL REPRESENTED AND THEY ALSO INTRODUCED THEIR NEW LUFTKRAFT CLUB SHIRT. CHRIS & CHRIGEL DID A SUPER TOPSPEED RUN WITHAL THE POOR PLANK BOTTOM AND RAIN.
SWISS TURBO TERROR: THE PAST & THE TODAY. BLACK ,, FAT ATTACK ,, BUGENGINE WAS BUILD BY CAGEROS BACK IN THE 90s FOR TOM. THE TURBOENGINE PRODUCED ABOUT 230 PS WITH 1,4 BAR OF ,,LADEDRUCK,,. NOT TO BAD FOR A NON FUELINJECTION, STOCK 1835CC GEX MOTOR. THE BROWN ONE BELONGS TO ,,BIG D,,. CAN NOT TELL U MUCH ABOUT IT, ITS ABSOLUTLY NEW ON THE STREET. WE WILL SEE. ONE THING IS FOR SURE....ITS FUCKING COOL!
VARI-ATIONS: THATS THE WAY A VARIANT SHOULD LOOK LIKE...LEASTWISE LIKE THE 3 UPPER PICS.....THE VARI BELOW IS TOMS & SHOULD BE FINISHED IN 2009. WE WILL SEE!

Cool, Einheit 11 has its own Blog. Now I don't know if I belong to you guys or not, at least we have a past together back in the late 80ies... By the way "Black and Blue" was called Swallow and was featured in the Chrom & Flammen Mag in the 90ies. I performed a lot of work on this car myself. Most parts were ordered at CarCustoms (RIP) which was famous back then and I take credit for the engine. The engine was a 2110 with huge heads and some 328° Cam topped with 45 DRLA Dellortos. It was very powerfull.
The owners name was Christian Hauser but I have never ever seen him again, he vanished off the face of the earth... Cheers BigD or recently BigT… and Tom I want one of these shirts!

jo genau. Dr Hauser Chris. Natürlich kennsch du Ihn, ich hannen jo durch di, ich glaub am custommeeting rhyfälde in the late 80ger kenneglehrt. Do gsehndr jungs, BIG T het scho in junge johre grossi motorä baut. SWALLOW hetr si bug gnennt, das isch mir tatsächlich entfalle gsi. Er isch ca. 2 johr mit uns umäkeengt bis ein vo uns öbbis mit sinnere damalige perle agfange het ka...i weiss nüm wär...hehehehe und denn het er sich vo uns glöst. Und natürlich bisch du ein vodä erschte gsi in switzerlnd und mir hännd ä paar sauglatti zytä zämmä verbrocht....für mi ganz klar!!!!!
